Always — and a service animal is not a pet, so nothing in our pet terms applies to one. Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. There is no pet fee, deposit, or surcharge for a service animal, no advance notice or approval needed, and no restriction on breed, size, or weight. Your animal is welcome anywhere you are. If it isn't obvious what your dog does, we may ask only two things — whether the animal is required because of a disability, and what work or task it has been trained to perform. We will never ask about your disability, ask for documentation or an ID card, or ask your dog to demonstrate anything. You look after your animal; it should be housebroken and under your control.
